Working at the centre of QIC Real Estate, you will partner closely with Development and Asset Management Directors, providing commercially pragmatic legal advice across the full lifecycle of complex construction and development projects. 

About the Role 

This role sits within QIC’s Real Estate Legal team and acts as the lead legal adviser across construction and development matters. 

The position is responsible for providing end-to-end legal support across procurement, contracting, delivery and dispute resolution, while also contributing to broader real estate matters across retail, commercial and residential assets.
