Senior Legal Counsel

The Senior Legal Counsel will be responsible for providing compliance support regarding regulations relevant to the operations and conduct of Bunge’s business globally. While the primary focus is on economic sanctions, the scope also includes anti-money laundering (AML), anti-boycott, and anti-corruption.

Based in Barcelona, Spain, this position will report to the Associate General Counsel, Global Trade & Supply Chain. The role requires providing decision-making support and advice to the business regarding grey areas where there is no clear legal violation but associated reputational or sanctions risk exists. The goal is to make procedures and tools targeted and effective so that risk is identified without unduly overburdening the business.
