Senior Legal Counsel

**You are responsible for**
+ Lead the legal support to handle all the legal challenges/requirements to enable the business, e.g. Contract review & negotiation, form business model together with business stakeholders, M&A projects, Dispute Resolution, investigation, crisis handling and etc.
+ Identify, prevent, and respond to legal and compliance risks in the areas of anti-trust, anti-bribery, healthcare professionals, data security, privacy, export control et...
