Senior Legal Counsel – Strategic Commercial Litigation

Partnering directly with the Head of Legal of a Big 4 bank on the appointment of a Senior Legal Counsel to join a highly regarded inhouse disputes and litigation team.
This is a senior, strategic role suited to an experienced commercial litigator with a strong background in large, complex matters. The role involves close partnership with the business on high-value disputes with significant reputational and customer impact, and is open to candidates from both private practice and inhouse environments.

This role plays a key part in shaping the bank’s approach to its most significant disputes, with a strong emphasis on strategy, judgment and outcomes.
