Take the chance, become a Senior Legal Counsel for Corporate & Transactions Law and grow together with us in an international environment. Provide legal support for project finance, joint venture and M&A transactions as well as for corporate law matters with a focus on Offshore Wind projects.
About the role
You are one of the key legal advisors for transactions related to international Offshore Wind projects (with a focus on project finance but also joint ventures and M&A) as well as for the management of corporate matters
Advise and support the business in the drafting and negotiation of the related transaction documentation
