Senior Lending Officer

Role Overview

The Lending Senior Officer supports both office-based lending operations  and field-based activities . You will handle loan documentation, account servicing, collections coordination, and records management, while also participating in property site visits and government agency processing to gain hands-on lending and collateral experience.

This is a development-focused role designed to progressively build capability in lending and collateral assessment work.

Key Responsibilities

Loan Documentation & Servicing

• Manage loan application documents and ensure completeness and accuracy
• Coordinate with Legal and internal teams for documentation preparation
• Maintain organized, audit-ready loan files and trackers
• Support account servicing and documentation refresh requirements
