The job is a unique opportunity on a family‑run farm for a Senior Stockperson or Experienced Stockperson with leadership ambitions. You will combine people management with hands‑on livestock farming in a progressive pig farming business that values work‑life balance.

The unit is a 440‑farrow‑to‑finish outdoor unit finishing 10,000 pigs annually.

About the Role

• You will lead a team of 3–4 and manage the farm’s pig operations, delegating tasks and communicating priorities clearly
• Supporting staff onboarding, training and development, and managing rosters
• Overseeing all duties across all sow work and finishers.
• Managing feed and animal health inventories
