About the Role

You will support the farm’s pig operations, delegating tasks and communicating priorities clearly. Your role will involve supporting staff onboarding, training and development, and managing rosters. You will oversee all duties across all sow work and finishers, manage feed and animal health inventories, and uphold high standards of animal welfare and biosecurity.
