Senior Lighting Engineer

**Main Functions** :

+ Fundamental in driving up the technical standards and capabilities of the company.
+ Collaborates with colleagues and management to review departmental progress and technical needs.
+ Consistently researches technological developments and cascades information down to the team and up to management.
+ Assists the Head of Discipline in the design, updating and implementation of thorough training programs at all levels.
+ Works closely with the Head of Discipline in identifying the suitability of existing inventory of kit in the warehouse and making appropriate recommendations.
+ Training and supervising Engineers, Technicians and Crew on operation of equipment and through tasks.
+ Working as part of a team on and off site.
+ Configuring equipment at exceptional levels.
