Senior Line Cook

HIRING SENIOR LINE COOK
Looking for an experienced line cook for a full-time position in a small restaurant in Lower Manhattan. Cook will be responsible for grilling steak during busy dinner service, and thus should have at least one year grill experience and should excel at cooking meat to temperature. Other responsibilities include prep and setting up the station before service, preparing family meal daily, and maintaining inventory of ingredients. 
The cook should be able to work in a fast, clean, independent, and organized manner. Cooks will report directly to the head chef. Please respond to this posting with a CV or at least mention of previous restaurant experience, as well as possible start date.
Hours: 3pm—11pm, Tuesday—Saturday. 
DOH card holders preferred.
