Senior Litigation Adjuster

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Litigation Adjuster to join our team remotelyin Canada. The position location is flexible, and we can offer in-office, hybrid or fully remote working arrangements.

The successful candidate investigates, evaluates, negotiates, and settles claims by telephone, correspondence and when required through mediation (virtual or in person) and correspondence. Settling losses within delegated authority or reporting to clients while also directing field adjusters, experts and legal counsel on a task basis.

This role requires frequent interactions in English and requires reading and preparing documents in English on a frequent basis.
