Senior Litigation Lawyer

Key Responsibilities
1) Handle a full spectrum of litigation matters from inception to disposal.
2) Conduct trials independently, including examination of witnesses and oral submissions.
3) Draft pleadings, affidavits, written submissions, and other court documents.
4) Appear in court for hearings, trials, case management, and interlocutory applications.
5) Advise clients on litigation strategy, risks, and potential outcomes.
6) Manage files efficiently and ensure compliance with timelines and court procedures.
7) Liaise with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and relevant stakeholders.

Key Requirements
1)Qualified Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya.
2)Minimum 4 years' PQE in litigation.
3)Must be able to handle trials independently.
4)Strong drafting, advocacy, and analytical skills.
5)Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
