Job Description
We are seeking an experienced, hands -on Senior Lodge Manager to oversee the operations of two luxury lodges located on the same property. This role requires a dynamic leader with exceptional organisational skills, strong people management abilities, and a passion for delivering world -class guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day -to -day operations of both lodges, ensuring consistent standards and seamless service delivery.
Lead, train, and motivate multi -disciplinary teams, including front -of -house, housekeeping, maintenance, kitchen, and field staff.
Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by maintaining exceptional hospitality, attention to detail, and personalised service.
