Senior Logistics Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute daily logistics and transportation activities to ensure timely delivery of goods, including import and export shipments
• Liaise with logistics service providers, freight forwarders and suppliers, including rate negotiation and service coordination
• Prepare and manage shipping documentation and ensure compliance with customs, transportation and safety regulations
• Handle logistics-related documentation such as import/export permits and customs clearance
• Work closely with internal stakeholders (production, sales and operations) to support business requirements
• Coordinate with external parties including carriers, forwarders and government authorities (MITI, Customs, etc.)
• Resolve shipment delays and logistics issues in a timely manner
