Senior Logistics Coordinator

Location & Schedule: Hybrid – in‑person at Emprendu85 Office 3 days a week, Bogotá, Colombia. Full‑time (40 hours per week).

About the Role

In this role, you’ll be responsible for keeping shipments on track, building strong relationships with drivers, and ensuring our clients receive a best‑in‑class logistics experience. You’ll handle the day‑to‑day execution of shipments, serve as an escalation point and problem‑solve shipment issues while also contributing to process improvements and long‑term performance goals.

Compensation

$10 USD per hour (paid in COP). Pay range is subject to the Company’s discretion.
