Senior Logistics Coordinator responsible for managing import and export operations for Air Liquide Global Export Materials (ALGEM), a global gas sourcing and supply‑chain platform.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with gas and non‑dangerous goods suppliers to ensure efficient execution of shipments.
• Negotiate rates, secure space, and execute bookings with freight forwarders.
• Monitor shipment status daily using ALGEM tools (Order Tracking File, Marine Traffic, Gideons reports).
• Analyze freight data and routing metrics to identify cost‑saving opportunities and transit‑time optimisations.
• Maintain daily ERP transactions and monitor GIDEONS reports.
• Alert and report delayed shipments through AGLEM tools (delay report follow‑up).
• Work with internal teams to ensure customs clearance of all imported goods and manage the administration process until final acceptance.
