Job Description

  1. Lead and manage all logistics operations to ensure smooth workflow and on-time delivery.
  2. Support strategic planning and execution to ensure timely movement of goods from suppliers to customers.
  3. Oversee daily team activities to ensure efficient task completion.
  4. Provide coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to develop team members.
  5. Build and develop a high-performing team focused on best practices and continuous improvement.
  6. Work closely with Customs on export-related matters and submissions.
  7. Ensure accurate import/export documentation and full compliance with Customs and LMW regulations.
  8. Coordinate logistics activities with internal teams, suppliers, logistics partners, transporters, and customers.
  9. Monitor logistics costs, identify savings opportunities, and improve cost efficiency.
  10. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure orders are completed and ready for shipment as scheduled.
