Senior Logistics Operation Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the logistics operations team, including the Operations Manager and CS Manager.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
• Serve as the main point of contact for major customers, ensuring high service levels and prompt resolution of issues.
• Monitor KPIs, operational performance, and customer satisfaction metrics, and implement corrective actions where needed.
• Develop and implement process improvements, standard operating procedures, and best practices across the logistics function.
• Coordinate with internal departments (sales, procurement, finance) to optimize operational workflow.
