Senior Logistics Operation Process Engineer

Responsibility 3PL performance management overall -Ensure 3PL warehouse operations meet SE requirements: -On time inbound, outbound -Quality: delivery accuracy, damage, customer complain -Monitor 3PL costs according to contract, and validate monthly 3PL invoice before submitting -Monitoring 3PL cycle counting/stock taken to make sure inventory accuracy & loss under control -Deploy part of SPS in 3PL operations and drive for improvements through assessment - Provide overall logistics operation performance dashboard Customer satisfaction on logistics Operations -On time delivery (warehouse & transportation) according to customer request/CLO -Ensure good quality of delivery in terms of package, documentation and last mile delivery behavior -Regularly visit customers to understand their needs & concerns, and launch improvement actions Logistics WMS System and Digital Solution -Expertise in key systems & tools, WM master data and lead CI projects -Lead new system/ tools setup or upgrading p...
