Senior logistics specialist

1. Objective of the Position Implement, lead and oversee the national last mile logistics operations for the e-commerce delivery business, ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality parcel deliveries through a new operative model; third-party REGIONAL logistics vendor (LSPs) across all Mexican states. This position ensures on-time delivery performance , customer satisfaction , and continuous improvement in alignment with company growth, cost savings and las mile delivery service standards. 2. Main Strategic Responsibilities 3 PL Vendor Management Manage and monitor on field and remote the Regional LSP provider s responsible for national parcel pickup and delivery for regions. Ensure full compliance with contractual agreements LSA, SLA and NDA. Which SLAs and KPIs (on-time delivery SLA=P95, proof of delivery, NDRS ́s & close loops incident resolution, cost efficiency).
