Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented professional with 3–5 years of experience in financial services such as investment banking, private equity, buy-side research, or deal execution to support client deal teams by building and updating LBO and DCF financial models. The ideal candidate has strong quantitative and corporate finance skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities.


Key Responsibilities
  • Work as an integral part of IB/PE clients deal team and engage in frequent client interactions
  • Build and update financial models including LBO and DCF as part of deal valuation 
  • Assist in preparing investment memo (research, analysis, presentation development)
  • Create marketing teasers / Information Memorandum for deals
  • Quarterly update of precedents transactions list, public comps list
  • Create due diligence analysis through slice and dice of data pack received from potential targets
