Position Overview Autodesk’s M&A Finance team is a highly visible and impactful group that plays a key role in shaping the company’s inorganic growth and strategic evolution. Reporting to the Director of M&A Finance, the Senior Program Manager will support the full M&A lifecycle from diligence and transaction planning through close, integration, and post‑close value realization and partner closely with FP&A, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Procurement, Corporate Development, Legal, HR, IT, and other business teams.

Responsibilities

Lead finance workstreams across the full M&A lifecycle, including diligence, deal planning, close readiness, Day 1 execution, and post‑close integration

Partner with finance sub‑functions and cross‑functional M&A stakeholders to assess risks and opportunities, support transaction recommendations, and drive execution planning
