What You'll Do:

-Lead mechanical design of high-precision CNC profiling machines used globally

• Own designs from concept, CAD & BOM to assembly and commissioning

• Drive DFM/DFA, design reviews, risk assessments, and continuous improvement

• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Assembly, Quality, and HGG Engineering (Netherlands)

• Mentor junior engineers and support design standardization

What We're Looking For:

• BS Mechanical Engineering (PRC-licensed preferred)

• 5–8+ years experience in machine / industrial / CNC equipment design

• Strong CAD skills (Inventor, SolidWorks, or equivalent)

• Solid knowledge of mechanical systems, materials, tolerances, and manufacturing processes
