This role sits at the intersection of applied research and engineering. You will work closely with senior researchers to turn novel ML ideas into robust, production ready implementations, with a strong focus on generative models and efficient on-device deployment.

What you will work on

• Implementing and scaling cutting edge ML and generative AI research
• Rapid prototyping, large scale experimentation, and model evaluation
• Optimising models for performance, memory, and efficiency on constrained hardware
• Bridging research prototypes into deployable systems
• Collaborating with research, systems, and product teams globally
