Working closely with our Senior Data Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in transitioning advanced prototypes into stable, production-grade services that directly impact the educational experience of medical professionals.

What You Will Build

You will contribute to a sophisticated roadmap of AI initiatives designed to personalize and enhance medical education, including:

• AdTech & Personalization:
  Developing Look-Alike Audience Targeting and In-Line Ads Ranking (CTR/CVR propensity modeling) using real-time scoring and A/B validation.
• Knowledge Retrieval:
  Building RAG-based chatbots and advanced search tools for scientific articles using proprietary medical data.
