Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain CNC machines and manual lathes, mills, and grinders to produce precision components.
• Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure accurate manufacturing of rotating equipment parts.
• Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting on rotating equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design and improve machining processes and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in the machining area.
• Train and mentor junior machinists on best practices and machine operation.
