Senior Maintenance Technician

Jobscope:

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production/utility equipment (pumps, agitators, valves, homogenizers).
• Troubleshoot, repair, and optimize equipment performance in collaboration with engineers.
• Plan and allocate resources for maintenance activities; coordinate vendors and contractors.
• Manage spare parts inventory and respond to ad-hoc/after-hours breakdowns.
• Ensure safety compliance, permit-to-work authorization, and contractor supervision.
• Maintain SAP records and uphold ISO 9001 & GMP standards in all site activities.

Requirements:

• NTC/ITC/Diploma in Mechanical background
• 6 to 8 years of experience in maintenance
• Preferably with experience in Food or Pharmaceutical or Chemical Industries
• Hands-on experience in repairing pump, mixers and any rotating equipment
