Litigation
1. Provide support to the Head of Sub-Unit (Litigation / Legal Compliance & Risk / Admin & Executive / Commercial / Technology) (Manager) as document controller to organize and manage all litigation files to ensure efficient tracking for future reference.

2. Handle small claims and consumer / industrial tribunals (magistrate courts and consumer / industrial tribunal courts) matters including drafting defense, assessment of evidence, selection of witnesses and preparation of witness statements for PMB Group of companies. Appear on behalf PMB Group of companies in magistrate courts and consumer / industrial tribunals to argue and defend case.

3. Represent the company in mediation sessions in Court and for small claim cases in Court to ensure company's best interest is protected at all times in reaching a settlement or alternative options.
