Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• This position involves managing and developing plans for EFRT (Early Failure Rate Testing) capability and capacity specifically for transceiver products. The manager is expected to assess and recommend improvements to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of Quality systems.
• A core responsibility is to own QA product and process health indicators, including DPPM (Defective Parts Per Million) reports, and to analyze QA, test, and process failures in order to drive systematic corrective actions. The manager will participate in cross-functional teams dedicated to improving product quality and reliability, contributing to both start-up and ongoing sustaining activities.
• Additional duties include verifying defects, handling lot disposition, managing shipment blocking or approval, and generating and closing ICARs (Internal Corrective Action Requests). The manager is responsible for technical evaluations,...
