Senior Manager, Airline Participation Growth

Responsibilities

• Define the strategy to grow the number of airlines participating as well as the strategy to retain existing airlines.
• Lead global airline participation growth efforts, maintaining the BSP Coverage - Map, identifying priority airlines, and shaping targeted engagement plans with input from regional teams.
• Leverage market insights by coordinating with Marketing and Consumer Insights to assess opportunities, competitive dynamics, and participation gaps.
• Drive airline‑level engagement, overseeing outreach planning, tracking onboarding progress, and ensuring consistent follow‑through across regions.
• Lead the global BSP Intermodality programme, coordinating the identification, evaluation, and onboarding of new intermodal participants (rail, ferry, multimodal).
