Support the Director in the development and recommendation of strategic, tactical and operational plans to maximize the efficiency, effectiveness, and performance of the business unit. Contribute to the development of operational plans that support competitive pricing, service quality, and growth of the customer base. Provide effective leadership, direction, coaching and supervision to staff to ensure high levels of engagement and performance. The function is comprised of multiple collaborative units.
