Job Objectives:
Leads the request proposal, which requires keen experience in Capacity Planning, Forecasting, and Scheduling
Directly manage Workforce Schedulers, Supervisors, Reporting and Real-Time Analysts (whichever applies) to support GWFM, Operations, and Support groups
Execute internal and client reporting data and insight demands to support and improve campaign, financial, and organization growth, performance, and client delivery
Leverage various data generation, presentation, and analysis tools to extract, manage, and display data
Manage and maximize the usage of company existing applications
Develop, process, and manage the company projects, organizational goals, operational targets, and budgets
Provides financial and efficiency analysis, input, insights, and recommendations
Leads the strategic design, implementation, and optimization of IEX and other WFM tools
