Job Description

The Role

This position is based in Bengaluru office and will be leading asset management in the formulation and execution of asset management strategies and plans for the assigned real estate portfolio with the objective of maximising the optimum income and highest value of the assets.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the overall positioning and to achieve the financial, investment, and operational goal of the assigned assets / portfolio.
  • Preparing and managing our annual budgets and reports which will cover the financial performance of the assets, leasing status and rental collection.
  • Formulate and execute asset management plans, including asset enhancement initiatives.
  • Maintain close communications and good relationships with the property management companies, work closely with Property Manager to ensure that the asset is properly maintained, managed and compliant with regula...
