**Job Scope**

+ Renesas is pursuing Automotive Business as a strategic sales area and an Automotive Strategy has been developed for India. Various Product Groups are qualifying automotive products developed in India. This position would unify and drive automotive approach, system, and mindset for REI

**Job duties**

+ Lead, Assess, and Develop Renesas’ Automotive Quality System Readiness ·
+ Implement global Renesas Business Processes in India ·
+ Develop conformity to standards, ISO9001, IATF 16949, and VDA6.3 in India ·
+ Quality Manager for Renesas Electronic India (REI) sites with respect to IATF16949 compliance.
+ Assess REI Automotive Readiness and manage a Formal Continual Improvement Process for REI sites.
+ Develop conformity to standards, ISO9001, IATF 16949, and VDA6.3 in India.
+ Develop Automotive Supplier Audit Capability with certified auditors.
