Senior Manager

We are now looking for a Senior Manager to be assigned in Muntinlupa.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field); Master's degree is an advantage.
• At least 10+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, with extensive hands-on and leadership experience in FOL (Front-of-Line) Wirebond processes.
• Proven track record in managing and optimizing wirebond operations, including process development, yield improvement, cost reduction, and capacity enhancement.
• In-depth knowledge of wirebond equipment, materials, process controls, and failure analysis.
• Solid experience in process qualification, NPI/NDI support, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Proficient in quality and problem-solving tools such as FMEA, SPC, DOE, 8D, and root cause analysis.
