The Borealis Strategy & Transformation team acts as strategic thought-partners to senior executives, tackling complex AI transformation challenges. We catalyze cross-functional collaboration, drive capability development, and advance Borealis’ strategic agenda across Lines of Business (LOBs), the Operating Committee, and Group Head levels.
