Senior Manager, Brokers

Responsibilities
Responsible for the profitable growth and development of business through brokers
Maintain and develop customer relations
Develop and manage Broker schemes
Monitor underwriting trends and results
Ensure risks are accepted and underwritten in accordance with the Company's Risk Management and Reinsurance guidelines
Undertake credit control ensuring standard for debtor days are strictly adhered to
Provide a technical reference point for queries
Ensure maximum efficient and effectiveness in work processes within the department
Provide guidance and training for staff & teambuilding
Undertake any other duties as may be assigned
Qualifications
Tertiary qualification and /or professional insurance qualifications
