Job Description

Reporting to the Director of Retail Investments Technology, we are looking for a Sr. Manager, Business Systems Analysis & Governance to lead a team of Business System Analysts supporting the delivery of Acquisitions and Risk‑based Business initiatives that are transformational, innovative, and regulatory in nature. The role manages BSA resource allocation, provides oversight across all projects, builds team capabilities through recruiting, mentoring and coaching, and establishes governance standards and processes that meet RBC’s Enterprise Initiative Management Policy and Standards.
