To drive data‑driven decision‑making across Digital Banking by leading business analytics, performance reporting, and strategic evaluation. The role focuses on revenue optimization, cost efficiency, and development of actionable insights to support sustainable growth across key banking segments.

Key Result Area

• End‑to‑end ownership of business reporting and performance dashboards for Digital Banking segments
• Monitoring and analysis of income, expenses, profitability, and ROI across products and channels
• Development and evaluation of business cases for new initiatives, product launches, and strategic investments
• Execution of exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify customer behavior trends and growth opportunities
• Design and implementation of revenue attribution frameworks across channels and products
• Identification of performance gaps with recommendations for corrective actions
