Role Overview

The Senior Manager, Business Development & Strategic Initiatives plays a significant role in supporting strategic growth initiatives leveraging external engagement and ecosystem development within the aerospace and manufacturing environment. This position supports the Director, Business Development and Strategic Initiatives, assisting with corporate affairs and business development opportunities that enhance the organization's industrial footprint, strengthen supply chain resilience, and bolster long‑term competitiveness. Key Tasks

Assist in leveraging and maximizing available funding in each region for business development opportunities and/or strategic initiatives. Support the development of country strategies for all sites worldwide in collaboration with internal stakeholders such as the operations team.
