**Job Summary**

Leonardo DRS Land Systems is seeking a full time Senior Manager of Business Development. This position is based out of our Bridgeton, MO facility and will have the option to work a hybrid schedule or a remote worker. This position reports to the Mission Support Director of Business Development. Responsibilities include lead identification, opportunity qualification, customer relationship management, pursue/no-pursue decision briefs, and capture strategy for new opportunities.
