Senior Manager, Business Development

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the CEO/General Manager on land acquisition and joint venture transactions.
• Perform feasibility studies/ evaluation of potential land which include financial, market and economic studies and new project evaluation.
• Support in land development planning and provide input on land related matters throughout the cycle of project.
• Manage land matters including land title management and interim progress management.
• Develop negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new ventures with company strategies and operations; examining risk and potential
• Provide technical advice or support in all authority liaison matters
• Prepare working papers, letters, documents, plans, presentation materials and other relevant correspondences.
