Senior Manager, Business Development

Position summary:

This position is responsible for developing strategies and realizing BD, with the aim of capturing and broaden Stryker Japan’s market share for potential markets and further drive sustainable revenue growth

Strategy

+ Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies of specified new market. Formulate product marketing and business strategies, including optimal organizational structure, product positioning, pricing, go-to-market plans. Build strong KOL structure and oversee project management activities such as tracking target hospitals, monitoring program progress, budgeting, and preparing internal and external reports.
+ Contribute to the development of Stryker Japan’s five-year strategic planning cycles
