Senior Manager, Business Ops

Infoblox is looking for a Business Operations Analyst. This role will be an instrumental part of reporting to executive leadership while driving excellence and effectiveness in our reporting, dashboards, data visualization, and analytics. This individual will need to possess a high level of critical thinking and a strong background on prioritizing reporting requests and analysis.

The Operations Analyst will report to the Manager for Business Operations and will be located in our high-energy, fast-paced office in Bangalore, India.

Responsibilities:

• Work with business owners and team leads to define KPIs and data points to be captured
• Develop strong partnerships with IT, Sales, Marketing, Product Mgmt, and other functional organizations
