Responsibilities:


Strategy and insights

  • Responsible for defining SHINE’s vision and strategies across all divisions, in collaboration with LT.

  • Ensure strategies across all divisions are aligned with SHINE’s overall vision by breaking down the silo.

  • Collaborate with LT to prioritize business strategies and timing of strategy roll out in a roadmap

  • Support the implementation of strategies by ensuring proper planning is carried out by the project team, key stakeholders are engaged and aware of the initiative for buy-in.

  • Work effectively across Divisions and functions (EBG, CBG, CX, Finance etc.) to determine business goals and perform budgeting/forecast exercise.

  • Ensure that the business is on track financially and strategically by providing regular performance reports and trends.
