As a Senior Manager, Business Transformation – AI Enablement, you will support the firm’s AI initiatives, translating opportunities into scalable workflow and process improvements. This is a business transformation role focused on process, change management, and enablement – not a technical or AI engineering position.

Responsibilities

Design and evolve the AI CoE’s implementation standards, guardrails, and playbooks so teams can experiment and deploy AI consistently, safely, and repeatably across the Firm.

Lead structured intake and triage of AI opportunities; shape problem statements and success metrics; support prioritization recommendations; and establish mechanisms to track and report realized benefits post‑implementation.
