Senior Manager, Business Transformation

As a Senior Manager, Business Transformation You will report to the VP, Transformation, and play a pivotal role in supporting the development and advancement of key initiatives and programs to modernize and transform our distribution strategy and network by supporting key focuses including:

Development of emerging delivery models and refinement of existing propositions to provide advice at scale.

Digitization and innovation to improve experiences and operating efficiency through enabling technologies and processes.

Integration of our lines of business.

The position will support the VP, Transformation, team partners and Senior business leaders in key activities related to program and roadmap development, implementation, and execution.
