As a Senior Manager, Business Transformation: You will report to the VP, Transformation, and play a pivotal role in supporting the development and advancement of key initiatives and programs to modernize and transform our distribution strategy and network by supporting key focuses including:

Development of emerging delivery models and refinement of existing propositions to provide advice at scale

Digitization and innovation to improve experiences and operating efficiency through enabling technologies and processes
