Senior Manager, Campaign Optimization (Partner Growth Performance & Insights)

**Position Summary...**
The Team Lead – Partner Growth Performance and Insights leads the team responsible for delivering actionable growth insights and optimization recommendations to strategic Walmart Connect partners. This role owns how standardized intelligence is translated into clear, practical guidance that drives measurable performance improvement, incremental growth, and accelerated adoption.

This is a people-leadership role with direct accountability for team execution, prioritization, and the quality and consistency of partner-facing deliverables. This leader pairs people management with analytical expertise and advertising platform knowledge - setting the measurement standards, govern the dashboards and KPIs that drive decisions, and quantify the incremental impact of partner insights.
