Job Description

Job Role / Responsibilities:

Reporting to Director, Facilities Management & Project and Construction Management, you will be responsible to lead the campus facilities such as Housekeeping Services and Landscaping Services for Aga Khan University.

You would be expected to lead a very large team of over staff members (mix of regular and outsourced workers, administrative support, supervisors, and management staff) and to manage and smoothly run the campus facilities operations over locations spread over the country.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • develop policies and programs for effective and efficient campus facilities services, particularly related to housekeeping and landscaping fields
  • manage a large workforce with the help from a team consist of limited number of management staffs and supervisors.
